Unique opportunity to learn and network

In less than one month, thousands of manufacturing industry decision-makers will gather at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre for National Manufacturing Week, 9 – 12 May 2017. As a supporting partner of this free-to-attend event, we have highlighted a number of elements worth a look at this year’s National Manufacturing Week.

Visit the Industry 4.0 Theatre

Access free presentations from experts and exhibitors, linking industry and visitors with the latest research, technology, innovations and best practice in manufacturing. The NMW 2017 content program centres on five key themes – Industry Capability Development, Product and Service Innovation, Technology Innovation, Process Improvement and Sustainable Manufacturing. More than 30 speakers are confirmed.

Make new connections

To help visitors meet with other likeminded attendees, National Manufacturing Week has scheduled a number of networking opportunities. This year will, for the first time, include a specialised Business Matching Program which includes a tailored itinerary to help visitors make the most of their time onsite.

Speak with 230+ exhibiting companies

The NMW exhibition floor provides attendees with a unique opportunity to meet and do business with more than 230 exhibiting companies on display at National Manufacturing Week, including Bosch Australia, BOC, Supagas, Central Innovation (Intercad), 3M, Lincoln Electric, ATOM, HIWIN, Impact Robotics, KOBOT, SIKA Australia, Universal Robots and WAGO.

Test and try

Visitors will be able to get up close and personal with products and the experts behind them by attending the NMW official demonstration program. See how products work, learn about their features, ask questions and find out if they suit your needs and workplace. Scheduled live demonstrations will take place at the exhibitor’s stands at the times listed in the program, so be sure to arrive early to get the best view.

National Manufacturing Week will run from 9 – 12 May 2017 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. To register for NMW 2017, please visit: www.nationalmanufacturingweek.com.au.
