Tim Welsh held a number of operations and business management roles in the food, packaging and chemicals industries with privately owned and global organisations such as Aperio Group, Snack Brands Australia and General Mills. In 2009, Tim joined PPG Industries as the Operations Manager at the Melbourne facility and was later promoted to the position of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director, Australia and New Zealand. Tim was appointed the Managing Director of PPG Australia and New Zealand in August 2012 and is responsible for seven business units. Tim holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing Technology from La Trobe University.
